    New Sight for AR-15

Just bought a new sight for my AR-15. Magpul Back-Up Sight. It seems pretty cool. Anybody have one of these or knows anything about it?

It shouldn't be much different from your stock iron sights.

The Magpul BUIS is nice and I have used them a few times but I would rather have Troy industries BUIS, just a better peice of equipment in my opinion...I'm not a fan of plastic stuff that can or could break at very bad times..

"can or could break" I have tried to break a pmag, short of pounding it with a shop hammer it will be "good to go" ...LOL!!

I have no problem with people buying what they can afford....

That was kinda my point. I would suspect that Magpul did it's share of tests to see what it could withstand. Will it break easier than say a Troy? I dunno, probably but you can bet coming from Magpul it won't be junk either.

I have one. They're nice. I personally would go with troy, GG&G or a.r.m.s.
