Portable building tow question

Been looking at portable buildings the last few days. Decided I want to build one to stay in while at the lease. Was thinking I'd like to build a 12x 16 foot building since I already have materials for one.

Anyone know what I need to do to legaly tow a 12foot wide building/shed?

Yep, or get someone to tow it for you that has one. There are some guys on Craigslist that do that. Well, there were when I was looking at doing that a few months back.
