here is a link that will give you some idea of how many calories you need in a day. I was shocked at how many calories you burn w/ out doing anything. I had cut my calories to 1000-1200 a day which is obviously way to low. I bumped it up to 1600-1800 and it seems to be working.

Cletus I started at the same weight you did but had only lost 10 lbs last time I weighed. That was the day before Nicole went to the hospital to deliver our second. Since then it's been mostly fast food. She came home late yesterday so now I can get back on it.
