      Started the year off at 230 and dropped down to 195 in July for my wedding, now i'm up to 208 as of Wed. morning. I need to drop this post wedding weight

        271 down to 253. Come on 240's. I've been stuck for the last 2 weeks. I came to the conclusion that I wasn't eating enough calories causing my body to quit burning them. I've since increased my intake and have started to lose again. You've got to eat to lose weight?? who would have thought.

          Yeah, I went through that phase for about 8 days. It's weird, but it works.

            here is a link that will give you some idea of how many calories you need in a day. I was shocked at how many calories you burn w/ out doing anything. I had cut my calories to 1000-1200 a day which is obviously way to low. I bumped it up to 1600-1800 and it seems to be working.

              I am still holding off the 17 pounds i loss since February but this latest "stairmaster" workout ain't knocking off the weight I thought. Hopefully it will help in the mountains of Colorado. (-;

                  Both are impressive!

                  Cletus I started at the same weight you did but had only lost 10 lbs last time I weighed. That was the day before Nicole went to the hospital to deliver our second. Since then it's been mostly fast food. She came home late yesterday so now I can get back on it.

                    Started at 270, I think, got to 260...added 5 on vacation, back down to 262.
