Salt tablets I think not sure.I also heard Bananas are good? I get them also after a hard day at our property. Where you sweating a lot?

If you're cramping from welding, you better get some liquids in you.

If close to town go by the field house and ask the coach if you know them for some tablets to take they will have for football players.

Like others have said, you need Potassium and salt....and lots of water.
Drink a few gatoraides and water.

I've always used Midol for my cramps...even leg cramps and such. Not just for PMS. It is a wonderful over the counter muscle relaxer

When you start getting them you will keep getting them. I started taking Calcium, Magnessium, and Potassium tablets from Walgreens. Haven't had them since. Just one a day.
