sounds very good........my wife always cubes them, covers the bottom of a skillet w/olive oil and sorta fries them up adding mucho pepper.....about five minutes before done, she adds chopped onions and garlic.....potatoes should be cooked until slightly crunchy......add cheese and sour cream if desired but not necessary

Slice em thin, cover them in butter, season with your favorite seasoning(Tony Cachere), wrap in foil and put them on the grill.

Slice or cube the tators....olive oil, touch of butter, 1/2 a chopped up onion, garlic pepper, seasoning salt of your choice, and the final thing.....a light coating of honey.....be careful not to over do the honey!! Wrap all this in foil and grill along side your chicken!!

Get a large skillet or sauce pan. Put a little evoo in the bottom of pan. slice potatoes into little thin rounds. Layer the potatoes with butter, onions, salt and pepper. repeat layers till satisfied with amount. cover and turn heat to medium low. let bottom brown for a few mins then carefully turn. repeat till potatoes are soft and alittle brown. i like them with ketchup!!

This is the BEST!! I've always cubed my potatoes, though...never thought about slicing them so they would cook faster. Place quite a bit of butter or margarine on the potatoes, and shake the Tony Cachere's generously. Fold the foil into a pouch, so the steam stays in! They are amazing!

One word - Garlic Some of the above recipes sound great but I would add some garlic. I definately like potatoes and bacon.

My wife calls it the Giant Baked Potato:
Wash and cube your potatoes ( you can peel or leave peel on), boil until soft, drain, add a stick of margarine, stir to melt and coat potatoes, add sour cream (as much as you like) stir again to mix well, we add the Salad Toppers to ours and shredded cheese. Top with cheese and slide in the oven to just melt the cheese. Remove from the oven and add green onion tops or chives..

My wife loves this, and it goes with everything
