I agree with needing more pics, but from this one I would say 2.5 looks bigger in the rear than the front, long legs, head looks long. JMO

Based on how high his neck ties into the chest I'd say no more than 3.5....could be a 2.5 its hard to judge by those pics.

rump is still bigger than his shoulders long legs tight body for sure 3.5 year old. he is to big to be a 2.5 especially where you are.
