If you are only talking about the measurements and speed yes, but there are big difference between the two as far as design goes. 4 has much better limb pocket design which started with the 3 model and grip design is completely different and much better than the 2 or the 3 models. This may not seem like a big change but it is if you are shooting for target X's.

I agree that there has been some advances made. The grip is better for sure but I replaced the stock gripon my C2 with a Shrewd grip anyway. The limb pocket is different as well. The measurements to both bows are the same.

I already have a new target bow

Oh come'on Toby, you know you "need" that new bow. Just be sure you get the right handed bow.

Matthews updated their website and it looks like the new target bow will be the Conquest 4. It has all the same specs as the Conquest 2 so I do not think I will be spending the money on the new one.
