Texas ASA Federation Qualifier at Cowtown Bowmen March 6 & 7

The Texas ASA Federation Tournament Trail will roll into Cowtown Bowmen Archery Club on March 5th & 6th.

10:00 am shotgun start on both Saturday and Sunday, You may shoot either day, 30 McKenzie targets, $30.00 entry fee for all adult classes and Young Adult classes, $16.00 for all Youth classes, $5.00 entry fee for all eagle classes. Cash pay backs for all adult classes and young adult classes. Non cash awards for Youth and Eagle classes. Awards will be presented at approximately 4:00 pm on Sunday. ASA and Texas ASA rules apply and will be enforced.

FYI, The Silver Creek Bridge is open so you can get to Cowtown either way, via Hwy 199 and Confederate or Loop 820 and Silver Creek. If you come in on Silver Creek, be sure to notice our very own Bob Combest's creation at the 'Y' of Silver Creek and Watercress, Cowtown's new arrow sign. Great job Bob.

Also we have arranged a food vendor who will be onsite and will have breakfast burritos and BBW sandwiches thru the day, so please show your support and lets have a wonderful weekend shooting ASA @ Cowtown Bowmen archery club. :-)

We put down almost 100 gallons of tick treatment on all lanes this evening, so hopefully that will help keep them at bay.

Weather update, looks like rain chance had dropped significantly for Sunday. Wind will be blowing but most of both ranges will be in the woods, dip should not be that big of a factor.
