Any insight on what hotel to stay at?

I found a good rate at a holiday inn express at the intersection of i10 and hwy 6, a couple of miles from the range it looks like on google maps. There were tons of hotels in the energy district which is the area the one I found is in.

We just got the 2014 qualified shooters list from ASA. Another new ASA record has been set by the Texas ASA Federation. We have 878 shooters that have qualified for the 2014 Texas ASA State Championship. Heaven forbid that they all show up.

Does anyone know whether or not the 10 target practice range and or the bags be open Friday (this evening) for the State Shoot?

According to their FB page, Yes they will be open today.
