I sure wanted to come out, but I couldn't miss the NFL playoffs. It was a beautiful day for a shoot!

I like that bear shot. What a cool way to set a stake! Now I have to see if we have anything like that!

Enoch cut a step into the stump so anyone could get up on it. The bear was a 43 yard shot from the white, and about a 38.5 yard shot from the stump. We set it so if anyone didn't want to stand on the stump, they could still shoot from next to it.

The kids liked it, so a bit later I set their stake on a stump that was about 2-3" high. definitely one plus from all the logging!!
