how does 3-D work??

just wondering what the rules are, how many arrows to bring.
I am new to this (3-D tournaments) just wondering how they work

As for the rules let them know you are new to 3d when you check in and they will put you with a couple of experenced guys who will show you the ropes. I always saw people with half a dozen or more arrows with them and never understood it until the last time I shot. I only took 3 arrows with me. I lost one out of my quiver, shot under my taget and broke one and I was only on the 9th target out of 30. I was really nervous about that last arrow! I would say 6 should be more than enough unless you are REALLY unlucky.

It becomes addicting fast. Don't worry about your score. If you just relax and have fun the score will take care of itself.

You only need to take one arrow

You sometimes will shoot a double from the same stake.
If I shoot with Spud or BryanC I ALWAYS have to bring extra arrows for them.
