3D is about as close to hunting style as it gets. Around Houston you got Brazoria Bowmens, Banana Bend, Buffalo field, Montgomery Co.

I sent an email and just got word back. Their first shoot will be Feb. 17, then the 3rd Sunday of each month until Sept.

Currently there are 4 clubs in the Houston Area, they all have a hunter class. Meaning! Using hunting equipment, non-adjustable sight, stabilizer no longer than 12", some will allow magnification not sure about all. Most will also have a novice class if you have never shot before. I hope this answers your question.
Clubs are as follows:
Archery On Fire ( formaly or still is Montomery County) - Woodlands?
Bananabend - Baytown
Buffalo Field - West Houston
Brazoria County - I believe is Alvin ?

Yet to resopond is Salt Grass.

Short drive is
Brazos County - Byran Collage Station
Golden Triagle ? - Hampshire Fannet
Lake Charles, La
