In answer to your question, a 900 Round is similar to Fita round.

You shoot a total of 90 arrows, 30 at 60 yard, 30 at 50 yards and 30 at 40 yards.

You shoot 6 six arrows per end.

It is a lot of fun and the best part you don't have to be a TFAA member to shoot this game and still win a belt buckle.

Kids can shoot also, for the kiddos that are 11 and under they will shoot 30, 20 and 10 yards, and for the kids who are 12 - 15 they will shoot 50, 40 and 30, the young adults, 15-17 shoot the same as the adults.

Every style possible is eligible. If there is only one in the class you still get a medal and anything over that goes to the unit system. 2nd place you will need at least 4 in the class and for 3rd place you need at least 7 in the class.

      Hope this helps.

Are there any restrictions on bows? Draw weight/ speed? May come out to shoot if I don't have to tweak my set up too much.

Is there a traditional class for regular stickbows with no sights and not amped up target bows?

I think it is a 300fps limit now for NFAA/TFAA.

ASA is the only organization I have seen checking bow speeds. If TFAA has a speed limit no one is enforcing it locally.

Yes there is a traditional class, but you still have to shoot the 60, 50 and 40 yards.

It was changed a few years ago to 300 fps.
Also a max draw weight of 80 lbs.

                            Rule #3 under general rules.
