I've got a whole bunch of ripe loquats on my trees and don't want them to go to waste. They don't refridgerate well so I'm thinking about canning them in syrup but have no idea where to start.
Any canners out there on the green screen?
Where do I get the jars? lids?
Can I just boil em in a household pot or do I need to buy some special thingamajig for that?
