Indoor back stop

I am trying to put in an indoor shooting lane. But I am interested in hearing what you guys use as a back stop. Hay bales foam ..???? ect... Ihave heard a lot of wierd ideas but if it works so be it...hanging carpet mats ect..
Please all input is welcome. BTW, what do they use at the professional indoor ranges?

I once had the bright idea to set up a back stop in the garage so that my son could hit some balls off of the tee while it was raining. On a side note I am now somewhat of a professional sheet rock repair man.

I hope you are better at it than me. Be careful whats on the other side of the wall.

I use those hard rubber pick up bed mats. They are hung on my privacy fence and nothing gets thru. Great for trad, a real hot compound would penetrate but not pass thru.
