    Here is the flyer with info on shoot.
    This is as simple and fair that we can come up with. We will be doing a scorecard raffle as well.

    COWTOWN BOWMEN ARCHERY CLUB
    FORT WORTH, TEXAS
    Belt Buckles for every class
    CLASSES: MENS/WOMENS OPEN-MENS/WOMENS WOOD- SENIOR (55+)-YOUTH 13-17- CUB 9-12- MINICUB 8-UNDER- JACKPOT(cash payout only) –OVERALL CHAMPION FOR MALE AND FEMALE(SHOOT 2 CLASSES ONE OF WHICH MUST BE WOODS)
    40 TARGETS
    IBO SCORING (11-10-8-5-0)
    RULES: MUST BE A RECURVE BOW, NO SIGHTS OR STABILIZERS
    SHOOT SPLIT FINGER OR 3-UNDER. (NO STRING-WALKING)
    MINIMUM 3 SHOOTERS PER GROUP , DOUBLE SCORING
    Can only win in 1 buckle class. ( OVERALL COMPETITORS WILL WIN HIGHEST PLACE OF THEIR 2 CLASSES)
    Shoot as many JACKPOT rounds as possible. Highest finish in jackpot (can win only once) 50% payback 1 place per 5 shooters, up to 10 places.
    $20 adults & youth $10 cub & minicub
    $20 JACKPOT 50% PAYBACK UP TO 10 PLACES
    $15 FUN round( ANY TYPE TRADITIONAL BOW ALLOWED FOR FUN ROUND)
    California Start (SAT) 8:00 – 2:00 CARDS in by 5:00, (SUN) 8:00 – 11:00 CARDS in by 2:30

    OFFICIAL RULES

    GENERAL RULES:

    ALL COMPETITIVE CLASSES SHALL BE A RECURVE BOW, NO SIGHTS, NO STABILIZER
    CAN BE SHOT SPLIT-FINGER OR 3-UNDER (NO STRING WALKING)
    MINIMUM 3 SHOOTERS PER GROUP AND DOUBLE SCORING
    SHOOTERS CAN COMPETE IN 2 CLASSES FOR OVERALL AWARD.( MUST SHOOT 1 ROUND IN WOODS CLASS)
    WE WILL USE IBO SCORING (11-10-8-5-0) ARROW MUST TOUCH LINE TO RECEIVE HIGHER SCORE. HOOVES WILL COUNT 5 POINTS BUT HORNS WILL SCORE 0.
    ALL CLASSES COMPETING FOR A BUCKLE MUST SHOOT FROM THEIR CLASS STAKE
    SHOOTERS MUST TOUCH STAKEOR STRADDLE WITHIN THEIR FEET
    CLASSES DEFINED:
    OPEN CLASSES & SENIORS- ANY TYPE RECURVE BOW, ANY TYPE ARROWS. CAN BE SHOT OFF THE SHELF OR AN ELEVATED REST. NO SIGHTS OR STABILIZER. CLICKERS WILL BE ALLOWED
    WOOD CLASSES- ANY TYPE RECURVE BOW, WOOD ARROWS ONLY, MUST BE SHOT OFF THE SHELF. NO SIGHTS OR STABILIZER. NO CLICKERS.
    ALLYOUTH CLASSES - ANY TYPE RECURVE BOW, ANY TYPE ARROWS. CAN BE SHOT OFF THE SHELF OR ELEVATED REST. NO SIGHTS OR STABILIZER
    MAX DISTANCES: 50yd (ALL ADULT AND YOUTH)- 15yd (CUB)-10yd(MINI-CUB)
    SHOOTING STAKES-ALL MENS AND JACKPOT (WHITE) WOMEN AND YOUTH (GREEN)
    CUBS (RED) MINI-CUB (YELLOW)
    JACKPOT FORMAT:
    50% payback , 1 PLACE FOR EVERY 5 SHOOTERS UP TO 10 PLACES. SHOOTER MAY SHOOT AS MANY JACKPOT ROUNDS AS THEY WANT. (YOU CAN ONLY WIN 1 TIME IN JACKPOT.) THERE WILL BE A MENS AND WOMENS JACKPOT. MINIMUM 3 SHOOTERS IN GROUP & DOUBLE SCORING. (Example :30 shooters 6 places, 50 shooters 10 places, 100 shooters 10 places)

    FUN SHOOTERS:
    ANY TYPE TRADITIONAL EQUIPMENT MAY BE USED.

    ENTRY FEES:
    BUCKLE ROUND- $20 ADULT & YOUTH, $10 CUB & MINI-CUB

    JACKPOT ROUND- $20 PER ROUND WITH 50% PAYBACK

    FUN ROUND- $15 ADULT AND YOUTH, $5 12 AND UNDER

            That's just the max, There will NOT be a 50 yd shot. Just a long shot at a Buffalo. For the most part a 25 yd or less course that will be set up to have FUN shooting.

                It is a " NEW CONCEPT " that we are toying with. Seems to be very popular and we are thinking of instituting it at all of our shoots in the future.

                  The range is set, and it looks good. We had several helpers today. So everyone got to set some unique shots which makes for a good mix. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

                    Have landed in Ft Worth and had a delayed Birthday party with my family, fixing to crash out and will be there about 8 ish! How many shooters today Todd?
