Made in the USA! The NEW BearFAK 3.0 is the BEST American made individual first aid kit (IFAK) thoughtfully designed to address the MARCH-E algorithm.
I have a generic 1st aide kit from Sams in all our vehicles but i also carry a Bear ifak, never know when one might need to save a life. I also recommend getting First aide/cpr/ stop the bleed training
Antifa is buying ifaks, guns, and training

I have had a couple that came off of commercial aircraft. Not sure who made them but they are large and full of stuff to treat trauma injuries. Mine look like this except the canvas bag is red color.

This is what I’ve got, ain’t perfect but it was free. I like the fact it can be slung over one shoulder and doesn’t get in the way of shouldering a rifle if need be. I’ve got enough in it to handle 5-10 patients with major trauma and enough to treat plenty of minor bumps/bruises. Be sure whatever you decide to carry in it no the proper way to use it all. I’ve seen countless miss used tourniquets and other items. While most would say something is better than nothing, it can provide a false sense of security and you still end up bleeding out. Also if you plan on getting tourniquets, get actual name brand, the ones off Amazon and eBay are junk with a high failure rate due to cheap plastic etc.

For hunting, I use a Solo kit from Spiritus Systems which has a mylar blanket, 2x wound packing gauze, 2x elastic bandage, a twin pack of chest seals, a polycarbonate eye shield and nitrile gloves all a vacuum bagged kit. I store that in the Spiritus fanny sack with some added some band aids and a North American Rescue CAT tourniquet on the outside with the shock cords. I figured if you have an accident, the last thing you want to do is be digging through your backpack for that stuff.

I bought and use this one:
It comes with a hook and loop backing with molle straps that attaches to the back of the pouch. I put a molle plate on a headrest in my truck and attached the backing to it. When I'm not hunting the med kit pouch is attached to my headrest in my truck. When I am hunting I just rip it off the headrest and throw it in my pack.
