As usual the NRA does nothing except line their own pockets and negotiate rights away. Not sure why people still pay for a membership with them.

BTW Quack Hunter, the ruling says that braces must be altered to not fit the pistol, turned in, or destroyed. Can’t have a brace and a pistol in the same location.

Originally posted by RifleBowPistol View PostI figured them out a long time ago, people told me I was wrong, nuts, that NRA would never do such things. Ok, strange how all of the big fights in court for our gun rights all played out exactly the same. After they bombarded us with donate as much money as you can, $1000 is acceptable, but $20,000 $100,000 gets a lot more done. I knew many people who would give them $10,000, $20,000 every time they cooked up a new battle for our gun rights.

I’m not a lawyer but stayed in a Motel 6 once. This law is about enforcing the rule at the state level which if you are a member of the plaintiff groups you are protected, however this does nothing at the Federal level. They are still illegal with the ATFs made up rules and thus the ATF can still enforce. And in light of recent YouTube/TikTok videos they love to go door to door to enforce made up laws.

AND…..NRA is a joke. It still ticks me off when I order from Midway and see the roundup donation tally for NRA. It’s over $22 million I think. That money should be given to GOA, FPC, or other org that’s actually doing some good!

It’s a federal level injunction for those that fall under the “requirements”.

In the last couple years I have been paying attention and each time they sent me a letter asking for money I’ve sent it back telling them exactly how I feel. I’m a lifer also, not much I can do about that, but I’m now a GOA member and any money I contribute will go to them.
