Form 4 Wait

Submitted 8/1/22. Approved today. 9 months 8 days to make it into the trust. First efile was 5 months!

Day 267 on an Eform 4 Trust for me. Reached out to my congressman (Kieth Self) to see if maybe that would speed up the process. Same BS excuse as to why it’s taking so long, “high volume of applications” blah blah.

But, what was interesting is they said the NICS was run on 04/12/2023 with a response given. They wouldn’t disclose what the response was.

What I don’t understand is if an instant check was done almost a month ago, why was the application not marked “Proceed”, “delayed”, or “Denied”? If delayed surely it wouldn’t take almost a month to review after that.

I would encourage anyone waiting on their item to contact their representatives and put pressure on the ATF.

Sent July 29 of last year and picked up today.

I sent mine July 25th of last year so hopefully I hear something soon!

If it’s an eform, they don’t mail an actual copy, you just get the digital copy that they email.

Well that sucks. You can sell those stamps to collectors.

Might submit a form 1 to sbr my epc this month also. Looks like they are coasting around 40 days +/-

I SBR'd my vector, form submitted with payment on the 3/25 and got the approval on 4/20.
