Love my 22' Webbers, they are the most versatile cooking system you can use IMHO, really covers all bases from burgers/hotdogs, steaks, and really anything you can do on an offset if you're willing to do some mods. I have two which is nice if I'm doing a pork but and two racks of ribs, etc.... I need to try the snake method, I currently run a slow and sear style basket that will get me 5-6 hours of 250-300 before I have to add charcoal. I also chunk up a split of post oak and bury chunks in my coal bed when I set it up so that I have plenty of quality smoke.
