One of my favorite ways to use pork shoulder/butt is to cook it in a pressure cooker and shred it for tacos. After shredding the meat i will take it and season it again with a little bit of cumin, chili powder, galic powder and salt. I put a little bit of oil in a cast iron pan and put the seasoned shredded meat in the pan. I cook it until it crisps up just a bit. This gives the shredded meat even more flavor and better texture IMO. I made a few homemade corn tortillas and topped the tacos with pickled red onion, cilantro, cheese, sour cream and garnished with a wedge of lime.
