onion, tomato, bell pepper, jalapano -- cook until tender - turn down
heat add evaporated milk and velveta. Let velveta melt a little and then
add cheddar cheese. try not to mix it too much or let it get too hot so
the cheese doesn't curdle. I try to let the cheeses melt slowly -- I have
even added ice to the vegetables once they were cooked so it would not be
too hot
