The guy I fished with yesterday told me this was how he grilled his trout most of the time so I thought I would give it a shot.
Start with a piece of foil the size of whatever you are going to place on the grill.
Melt some butter and put it on the foil, this is mostly to keep the fish from sticking.
Lay the fillets on the foil and coat one side of each with honey. Sprinkle liberally with Tony's. Flip fillets and repeat.
Place on the grill for about 6-7 minutes. The honey should carmelize somewhat and fish is done.
My 23 yr old doesnt like fish but he went back for seconds on this one. Very good and very easy to make with minimal clean up.
