Turns out this Cheese making thing is as easy as pie! And dang is it good!
Here's a journey down Cheese Making Lane!
Start with some good ol Leche!

Pot it up and Heat it slowly up to 180 degrees.

Now take the vinegar and slowly drizzle it in with the heat off.


Once you have clumps and green liquid you've got cheese. Stop pouring.

Here comes the good part!
Pour it into a colander with cheese cloth stretched across it to catch the curd!

Now is the time to add a little salt and additives if you're into that sort of thing.
Sweetened Dried Cranberries and Walnuts are next on my list!

Next tighten the sack up and go hang it up!

It was just to beautiful not to let it hang outside today!
