    Garlic in your rice

Not really a recipe- but I discovered if when I make rice in our InstaPot (an electric pressure cooker), if I put a whole bulb of garlic in it’s soft and squeezes out of the husk. It tastes like roasted garlic and mixes in with the rice.

    Enjoy!

Great idea. I like onion in my rice. I also like roasted garlic. Can’t believe it wouldn’t be good with rice.

    Thanks for sharing.

Try squeezing the soft garlic in the gravy and report on the results!

If I had the opportunity, I would add garlic to all dishes. Adding garlic to rice can enhance its flavor and provide health benefits. I do the same, but butter too! Get that bedside icewater tallboy ready! Every time I use garlic in my cooking, I tend to overdo it and I'm chuggin water all night long, lol!
