Has anyone turned a gas grill into a flat top griddle? I am not looking for one of the inserts, I am looking for a full on conversion. I have a NexGrill and I hate cooking on the thing biggest pos i have ever had. I have been wanting a flat top griddle and thought I could use the gas grill.
