    Fuel prices are nuts here!

Not sure what is happening but fuel prices are nuts here. Diesel is $2.99 and regular is $3.09. Some are diesel at $3.09 and gas the same price.
Went by a 7/11 and regular was $2.89, came back like 30-45 minutes, gas was $3.19! When has diesel been lower or equal to regular gas? Crazy times. Temple in Bell county.

Diesel was always cheaper than gas and should be. Less refining costs involved. But it’s been years. I’m just glad to see fuel prices stable around the $3 mark

Now look at 87,90 and 93 octane. Some stores each grade is 20+ cents higher and some 10 cents.

            Lucky the store near me is 3.00 - 3.09 - 3.19
            But others are 3.00 - 3.19 - 3.49 (or even higher)

Let us hope they stay that way for a while.

It's been that way for months, not sure how many months, at least four months ago, I noticed it here.

Diesel used to be right around the same price as gasoline years ago, but then when everybody had to have a diesel pickup, the prices shot up a lot, and kept going up.

Gasoline prices fluctuate about .40 every couple of weeks. One week it will be $2.86, then three days later it's $3.10 for a week, then it jumps to $3.26 or so, for about four to six days, then back down.

How long can you say this?

What has the price of roma tomatoes gone from and to?
                              What about labor?
                              food?
                              car, home, health insurance?

Name some items that have not gone up at least 40-50% over the last 5 years.

Why should gas be under $3? It averaged $1.50 in the 90's
