    146 construction in Kemah/Seabrook?

Have conditions improved at all in this area? Google maps, though not sure how current, seems to show things better? Willl be coming up 146 from Texas City. Thanks for input.

As of last Saturday…….no. It is a long jamb at all of the lights.

Weekends are horrible. And, early mornings and late afternoons are really bad. Weekends are tourists and the other times are to and from work folks.

Better than last year? A little. But, still sucks.

Leaving Pelican Rest marina last Saturday headed back to Beaumont I was stuck in traffic in that section for over an hour. So I'd say no.

Thanks, I'll have to figure out a way to Red Bluff then. Go in the back way to water front.

I drive through every day on the way home.

It has improved some. It's not a quick pass through. It probably never will be even when complete.

It all depends upon the time of day you are passing through.

Appreciate it. After a 2 hour wait on the Bolivar side of the ferry yesterday, 146 should be a piece of cake.

I would suggest heading to 45 from Texas City then travel north to Bay Area Blvd to Red Bluff.

Thanks. I think we will tough it out up 146, nothing ventured nothing gained as they say. If we survive, maybe lunch at Topwater Grill in San Leon.

Got there and back to Galveston, not too bad. Right at Kemah it slowed down but moved. Thanks for the input.
