If there was ever a time for put in Diaz to catch (and hit!) after Urquidy gets pulled it is now. Maldonado is a free out given to NY every time he steps in the box. This team desperately needs another bat to salvage a series split. What do I know, though?

11 walks issued by Houston pitching. Absolutely awful game despite the win. How long do we need to see Pena pull bonehead errors and not hit? He needs to be pushed to the 8 hole indefinitely. Even when he cheats to the fastball he somehow gets it blown by him. Having him and Abreu back to back in the lineup is nauseating.

Phil Maton looks like a clueless moron. Awful with inherited runners all year yet Dusty taps him to come in with bases loaded.

I feel like Dusty pushed every wrong button this series and they somehow take the series split. Ugly series overall.

Imagine if Yanier Diaz got to start 10 games in a row and build some momentum? Something we will never know.
