    Florida will be tough to beat. After their second pitcher LSU is extremely iffy. Injuries have decimated their pitching staff.

    Haha! I was actually pulling for them and thought it was going to happen in the 8th when they tied it up. Heartbreaker for sure but....that's how baseball go, I suppose. Several good seasons for several state teams but guess this is the year of the toad so gonna jump back on that wagon for Omaha. Go Frogs!

    That was a definitely a tough way for a team to lose a game! I suppose that's the value of homefield advantage, and I imagine "twilight" has proven to be a huge advantage for Stanford over the years. It happened to the Ags (Werner at third base) in at least one game that, if I recall, led to somewhat of a big inning (although not with two outs in the bottom of the 9th.)

    Anybody done a wellfare check on our Horn brethren?
