He has the biggest arm. Ewers clearly out front. But, it’s good to have a quality backup and pressure nipping at your heels.

Not better, but he looked good. I told my wife before the game that Murphy would be the one player everyone raved about coming out of the game. He has all the skills and looks the part.

I hope Texas can hold on to him as a backup and then let him and Arch compete for the job next year. I am pretty sure that somebody that needs a QB and has some NIL money is going to come after him hard this summer. There was a reason that Sark jumped on Murphy early and took his commitment when there were some good Texas QB's still available.

But either way 3 QBs that I would be OK taking snaps when it counts.

Watched the Aggies spring game wasn't anything new. Same ole crap so expect the same disappointing season. Then watched Georgia. Ever heard of a 3 peat we might see one coming.

Texas added a portal DT from Minnesota today. Honorable mention All Big 10 with two years of eligibility left. Won't start this year, but should be in heavy rotation. Good pickup to help bridge the gap between the Herman recruited upper classmen and they younger dudes.

Yea all I'm saying is you can't compare what Ewers did with Murphy and Manning. Ewers is the clear starter and they were using the Spring game to work on more advanced routes with him.

If you look at the stats for all the players in the portal it’s kind of funny. Most have not seen the field and the ones that have it’s not much. The top WR had less than 500 yds. Lol

In what world is a 500 yard receiving season not good? Not to mention they are losing two of those with on field experience. Thats rough!
