    Lake Fork Bass Guide…

Looking for a guide for Lake Fork for Thanksgiving break. Will be targeting bass.

    What says the green screen?

There is a user here that I think is a home builder and fishing guide on fork but I cannot remember his user name. I'm sure someone will chime in. I bet he can or make a good recommendation.

No, he doesn’t. After 37 years, he says there’s not enough money for him to take another guide trip.

That’s a shame, but I can’t imagine guiding bass trips on fork that long, and the amount of BS y’all dealt with over the years.

I don’t bass fish much anymore outside of stock tanks, but there’s nothing like lake fork in the spring and fall. Some awesome memories out there.

To be honest, with conditions on Fork now, it’s a crapshoot. Throw a bunch of guides name in a hat, pull one out and go. The best are hampered by conditions and the crowd, and the worst are apt to hit a home run. Everybody knows everything about Fork, and there is only so much time in the day to cover it, and to hope to run into some fish. I won’t do a disservice to any guide by recommending one.

Get over to the Lake Fork Tx facebook page and ask there. Most of the lake guides follow that page and respond pretty quick, and it's a good place to get pointed to the right person for you. Good fishing tips there as well.

Might give Rocky on here a shout.

The fish are biting and there's hogs to be kill-t. Gotta go!
