Well, as it always goes the Rancher and the Cowboys seen a ton of axis and heard a lot of roaring close to camp the day before we showed up. Haha but that's just my luck

We’re still seeing them sparingly , hopefully with good management and more food sources the herd will continue to increase

season is getting closer... bucks are growing.... fawns are showing up more and more
mr jjaimes knocked out a few pasture roaches on a last minute trip.... time to start the projects and fix some pens and get the ball rollin!

Just got back from a quick trip. Besides being dry deer are all looking good and healthy. Saw lots of nice whitetails, a good fawn crop, managed to shoot 5 pigs lots of Axis were seen and heard which was nice on this trip. Ready for cooler weather!!

Not at the feeders but we saw a lot of rut activity at the ranch this time and some roaring. They’re chasing hard though from what we saw

good luck charm came with this weekend.... safe to say we slayed!

axis buck down 33" on one side 31 7/8" on the other
4 pasture roaches down as well!!!
