I have an idea for an app...the requirements would be there would need to be a community aspect (not posting or messaging, but it would require involvement...sorta like gas buddy), and it would require geographic location services...perhaps across texas or maybe the US, if there is no difference in cost. If it costs anything at all.
Just curious how I get started. Do people build apps themselves, or hire someone else to do it? How much does that cost? If I am using map services, is there a fee for that?
