From what I've seen and heard contractual obligations would prevent any movement until 2025 at best.... Now the next Big 12 commissioner is expected to attempt to smooth everything over with OU and UT... In order to keep them within the conference.... Tons of variables at work.... I guess we'll just chop it up until the picture becomes clearer

Contracts are broken every day. This one won’t have to be as there are provisions for leaving. The Big 12 commissioner doesn’t have anything to offer Texas or OU. I doubt OU would even take his call.
