I’m gonna be the weird one here…I had the best hamburger ever at a friend’s wedding day in AR. Burger King Whopper. Idk what the deal was, but it literally tasted perfect.

If I have had a better burger than Fred's in Ft Worth I don't remember it. Its just the absolute perfect experience IMO. The burger, the cheese fries with bacon and jalapenos, the ice cold schooners of beer. All of it. Love Fred's

Dirty Martins in Austin is/was awesome. Great hangover fare when I used to have them.
The hole in the walls like Club Schmidt’s and the Hole in the Wall both on Harry Hines’s are gone-probably cause people are trying to eat healthy. Snuffers is pretty good. Cannot beat a good cheeseburger!

If any of y’all are playing baseball or softball in Franklin, do yourself a favor and drive the 6-7 miles down to the road to the New Baden Store and get their burger. You will not be disappointed. They have a great old fashioned cheese burger. I haven’t found another one to beat it but of course I haven’t been to most of the places mentioned in this thread.

Had a Morales Store burger Saturday after getting stung by about 30 bees down the road. Burger was good enough to make me forget about the murder hornet attack I had just experienced.
