Don't know if Hole in the Wall in Newcastle has been mentioned. Pretty good burger off the beaten path. The Hog burger will give you an instant heart attack

Is the Hog burger cooked well done to kill the trichinosis/brucellosis? I don't like undercooked pork

Best hog burger there ever was was the Hog's Breath Saloon in North Houston on Aldine Westfield... We used to eat there regularly... It burned down years ago and never was rebuilt... MAN that was a good burger!!

Extra sides of brucellosis postules available upon request. I believe its 1 lb burger with a slab of ham, half slab of bacon and the works. Ate one one night just to see if it could be done. Needless to say, morning hunt was cut short when the haz mat team arrived at my stand in full gear.

I just threw up. Twice. Once at the beginning of your post and again at the end. Some of us still have nightmares of you fertilizing Xmas Bay

Burger island guacamole burger is huge and actually pretty dang good. I don’t think it’s the best at all but you dang sure get your moneys worth.

Also I tend to like burgers and Mexican food and BBQ restaurants. Just sayin.

My favorite burger I never order is the brisket bacon burger at Oscar Delta in Forney. Awesome Fries too. I usually never order it because I’m typically useless after I eat half of it.

OR! This motel/cafe in Kit Carson, Colorado...the old lady is the GM, Housekeeper, “Executive Chef”, Dishwasher and Valet. No BS. Even better after a visit to the local apothecary.

Yes! Without knowing it is there, a block off Hwy 79 in the country, folks can zoom on by and miss the opportunity.
