concrete block coating?

Any one with expertise in concrete waterproof coatings.
I built a CMU wall to hold back the next flood. The wall will not normally be in contact with water, but in a high water event may have H2O exposure for a few days till the water subsides.
I need a recommendation for the outside coating, also the back side as the Mrs. wants it white.
Leaning towards the Sherwin-Williams Loxon primer with a Loxon topcoat.
It is not rated for below grade applications, but I am thinking it may suffice for a few days immersion in a once in 500 year event.

Maybe mapei Aquadefense? We use it to waterproof hardi backer in showers.
