Bet them stickers ain't on there now since they made that statement!lol "We dropped the ball". Gee thanks. Prolly more like "oh great, another burglary". And for the win: "We're gonna do everything possible to make sure it doesn't happen again!" --- Like what?
Just tell people the truth. We're under staffed, so if you'd like us to be more visible and have better response times then raise cane with the powers that be. We can only do so much.

I'm just wondering if one of the decals was a TBH sticker.

They will be caught soon. After all the news reports you know they're actually trying now.

And the blame needs to be on other factors IMO. Thieves are not punished enough. Law agencies all seem to have new SUVs and huge new headquarters etc. They purposely buy everything first and then staff last. It's like a ransom on the public to be able to raise taxes.

Those fancy new SUVs also get driven 24/7 the majority of the time, it's not unusual for a 3-4 yo car to have 125,***-150,*** miles and its not easy miles.
