I have a small pig that I have had brining since early yesterday morning with the plan of putting it on the pit today, but now they are calling for some pretty decent rain and not sure how well it will cook with the rain cooling off the pit.
Has anyone ever frozen meat after it had been brined? I don't have a canopy to put over the pit and I have stuff going on tomorrow plus the forecast is for more rain.
