I want to say something like $10k for a 6000sqft building.

I have advertised the same building for $20k and I was able to make money doing that. Now my concrete prices have gone up some but I can still do it for around $20k. Now that is for a non engineered building (it is engineered, but to put the stamp on it is another $800) There is no way I could do it for $17,500 unless I was doing it for free. I recomend Mueller to everyone for a few reasons, first one is money. There building might have a slightly higher base price, but they deliver and unload with their forklift. So if you don't have your builder standing there to start work that alone saves about $1,000 in labor and rental costs. Two, they are just a better building. Steel costs the same price per pound to everyone, so if a company is selling a cheaper building, it probably weighs less. Look at your quote and it will have weights on there for shipping. I promise every building quote you get will be lighter than the Mueller building. Lastly, customer service. If Mueller messes up on your building they will bend over backwards to make it right. Up to and including the manager hand delivering missing or broken parts.
