Perplexing LAMPS question
I have a buddy that manages a lease and the total lease property is comprised of four different landowners. They were off LAMPS last year but are getting back in for next season. He said they used to only get one permit per member which is less than the state bag limit. He said that is because not all of the landowners are on board with LAMPS, so technically not all the lease will be on LAMPS. So does anyone know how this is going to work?
