The Miississippi State Deer Lab has released a really cool app that allows you to record data about deer hunts. It does several things, but it is mainly a obeservation record keeping app. It will allow you to print reports that you can use to see when and where you saw deer. It also alows hunters to upload there observation and harvest data to the Wildlife Department to help with herd management.
I have only started playing with the app, but it looks promising.
You can use the app anywhere to track your hunts, only the upload part is mississippi specific
