I stumbled on a really good whiskey last weekend. It's made in valley view Tx at whiskey hollow distillery. It's called Texas Gold. It's 110 proof. I'm not usually one for sipping whiskey but this stuff is awesome. I had to order a second one while we waited on food to be delivered from next door. I was going to buy a bottle until they told me the price. $150 a bottle is above my pay grade. It is really good stuff though. Some of you rich guys on here may want to give it a try if you are ever in the area. They did have an 80 proof bottle for 50 bucks I may try later. They also had a good shine I sampled. It's a neat little place
