I have a list of to get bottles usually based a a few YouTube channels that I follow. I was mainly BT, but have found I really like Smoke Wagon uncut, Still Austin BP in bourbon and rye, Woodford and Woodford Double Oak, Widow Jane Decadence, Wild Turkey Rare Breed.... All very easy to get.

I like Woodford and was surprised to enjoy the Widow Applewood Rye (afraid it would be too sweet). I'll add these others to the list to try.

I'm seeing a lot more Buffalo Trace stuff in stores, so at some point I think demand and supply will come back into balance before long.

Got to try Russell's Rickhouse Camp B at Whiskey Cake in Plano this weekend. It was $50/ 1 oz pour. Not a bad price since bottle MSRP is $300. The best whiskey I have tasted to date, but I haven't had any of the Antique Collection or Pappy's. They have all the Pappy's and Weller Antique collection available. I'll try either the GTS or WLW next time.

I know, its not bourbon, but no collection is complete without Chartreuse. Highly allocated nowadays.
i hear tell of a bar in Chicago with Chartreuse bottles over 100 years old.
