The Penelope was excellent, I enjoyed the OF too but only had a taste of it. It was a great Christmas Eve with the family.

I agree on the Blantons, I keep some around, but it's too **** sweet for me. I'll likely give away the EH Taylor.

Really liked the Penelope. Michters is another favorite of mine. Mostly I drink Makers Mark, but it's nice to try some others, time to time.

6:30 in the morning and ya'll just reminded me I got a fancy bottle yesterday. Smoke Wagon unfiltered.
Poured 1/2 a finger and it is hot. Not too sweet.
3rd sip and it screams 100 plus proof.
Not a lot of flavor - just a high octane punch...

I finally picked up a Michter's 10 Year Single Barrel Rye couple days ago at MSRP. My collection is getting closer to be complete Still have couple of Wellers, GTS, WLW that I'm looking to find. Problem now most allocated are on a tier level. I have 70+ bottles so i don't need enough to get in on a tier.
