JT Meleck Louisiana Rice Whiskey. Not available in Texas yet but if you venture over east of the Sabine it's a pretty good whiskey. The single barrel just came out and is super smooth at 120 proof.

I bought two bottles while in La.. One is already gone. It is really smooth. I am trying not to open the other bottle knowing I cannot get more until I go back to La..

I even tried ordering some from a place and they would not ship to Tx..

$41 and change where I picked it up in Marksville.

I was perusing the various brands and bottles today. Had a nice conversion with another gentleman. He recommended the Noahs Mill, i also grabbed a George Dickel bib, 13yr.

This was right before Christmas. I'd guess some folks saw this on FB, on the North Texas Groups. All from the same place at retail. It's good to have friends in the liquor store. I also got this Slam Dunked Makers. Makers has been my go-to for over ten years. I love these slam dunked bottles.

This is an odd offer but I have a bottle of Stagg Jr batch 15 I believe. I opened it and had two drinks out of it, one neat and one on ice, and I just do not care for it. I’d be willing to trade it to someone local to the woodlands. Whoever wants it is welcome to try it so you know I’m not trying to pull one over, just hate to have a bottle I can’t stand so many others seem to want.

I don’t get the hype over Stagg Jr. It’s one of the only bottles I find truly undrinkable.
