Lol, I remember back in my bartender days when someone would order a good bourbon or scotch with a mixer. My buddy would always pour the drink neat and then give them a coke in a separate glass and tell them if they want to F it up it’s on them but there’s no way he was doing it

And for the record I was joking about adding coke to the ER17, my heart would hurt if I saw someone Add anything other than a couple drops of water

If you like their rye try their cowboy whiskey. It’s great with a splash of ginger ale.
