After riding in a truck that hit a hog going 70 that destroyed a frontier bumper I would advise against them. I'd go with a ranch hand or road armor. I was driving a buddies truck with a ranch hand and plowed through a group of hogs. I never even felt them! It really made a believer out of me. I have always been a ranch hand brush guard guy but my next truck will have a ranch hand replacement bumper.

That was an awesome story by the way...

I like having a pipe up front. It just adds that much extra strength. Road Armor makes some mean looking bumpers and I have heard good things as well. Check into One Source out of Laredo as well. Last time I was in their shop the guy said they could custom build pretty much whatever you want.

Well the big parts of the ranch hands are strong but the other stuff isn't.. I'm not sure if its like this on every bumper or just the ranch hands..

We have a shop in the Woodlands. Call Zach or Bob. They will be able yo help you out. Ranch hand makes a great product. But they have made them the same way for years. Fan Four makes some newer style bumpers.

That ain't quite enough info to find out what your shop has or can do, Damian. Give up some numbers or a website, or something!
