Another Electrician's Thread

Can you guys tell me how to determine if I should install a sub panel or upgrade entire breaker box I have now. I have added on to my house 2 more bedrooms, bathroom, and living area. I think I have about 4 or 5 slots open right now on my box which I don't think will be enough? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
